A gentle framework for navigating ADHD with more confidence and less overwhelm.

Hello, I’m Helen.

I’ve spent over 30 years supporting children, young people, adults, and families across the NHS, Children’s Services, and within primary schools. I currently work closely with both children and adults in school settings, providing day-to-day emotional and practical support.

I am also a Deputy Safeguarding Lead, hold an enhanced DBS, and am trained as an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA).

Alongside my professional experience, I’m also a parent to a son with ADHD, which has given me a deeper, lived understanding of both the challenges and strengths that can come with ADHD.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how ADHD can impact every area of life — from relationships and confidence to emotional wellbeing, routines, and daily overwhelm. Many adults spend years feeling misunderstood, exhausted, or as though they’re constantly struggling to keep up.

As a qualified ADHD coach, I now focus on offering support that is compassionate, practical, and realistic — helping both adults and parents better understand ADHD, reduce overwhelm, and create strategies that genuinely work for their lives.

How I can help — The EASE Approach
I use the EASE Approach to support you with:

Managing overwhelm
Creating simple, realistic routines
Understanding and improving behaviour
Building confidence and calm
Finding what works for you (not just what “should” work)
